The office staff is amazing and always greets us with a smile on their faces when we enter the building. This past week my daughter was playing in a softball tournament. I called to see if I could reschedule her appointment and not only did they reschedule her, they worked incredibly hard to get her in and out so she would not miss any warm ups or games.Thank you for going above and beyond!

During my normal cleaning we discovered a loose filling and I got right in one day later to remove the decay and a new filling. Excellent staff, very knowledgeable and a wonderful dentist. Way to go DDS Meiss and staff.

I'm am incredibly disappointed with the recent experience I had at this office. My son is five years old and needed a cavity filled. I felt like from the start of the appointment Dr. Meiss was not happy or something was off. I understand being busy and needing to move quickly, but I would assume it's common sense that a five year old will not take the same amount of time as an adult and there should be some grace given. My son was doing fine for about 25 minutes until something started to hurt and he started crying and took the stuff out of his mouth. I kept trying to get him to calm down and sit back and I was apologizing to Dr. Meiss for this and he said nothing back to me but I could tell he was very frustrated. After I was given a little time to get my son calmed down and sitting back again Dr. Meiss came back in and tried again and after putting a metal piece in my sons mouth my son started crying saying it hurt and sat up and Dr. Meiss pushed the cart away that was in front of him, threw his tool down, quickly removed his gloves and threw them and said very rudely "Ok, that's it! We're done! Take it out!" Then walked out of the room and never came back and eventually my son

My teeth feel amazing! I had a great experience with an excellent hygienist! The Dentist could not be more gentle and kind.
